MARSHALL MANN

     A fifth-generation Deputy U.S. Marshal, he seems to know a little about everything, what his partner calls "useless information", and is rarely ever speechless. The one time it ever happened his partner declared him "verbally impotent."

 

 

     Friction between Marshall and his partner occurs at times, often due to Marshall's cerebral approach over gut instinct, however both are extremely protective of witnesses and each other.

 

 

     Though occasionally disagreeing about the proper course of action regarding policies, Marshall has typically adopted his partner's position if the cause is right.
